Work with Chevonne.

With 20+ years of experience in the food and wine industry, Chevonne is well-equipped to consult for organizations on restaurant design, staff trainings, wine program design and improving efficiency in your hospitality programs. She also offers educational wine seminars, private wine tastings, and curating personalized cellars.

Chevonne is the key to your wine experience. The wine is secondary. Don’t get me wrong, the wine is stellar, but it’s Chevonne who has hand-selected the wineries you visit, has relationships with the employees (you won’t meet a stranger - you’ll feel like family), and has specifically sourced the food because, surprise, she knows the restaurant owner, caterer, or cheesemonger and has their cell number. She sets the stage like any award-winning director. The ambience is tailored but not forced thanks to the drop-dead gorgeous views and locations. The opening scene has laughter, drama, and of course, libations. You feel drawn in, like you’re part of the operation from walking through the vines and understanding where the grapes grow to sneaking tastes out of a wine thief and ungracefully spitting wine on the concrete floor with the owner and winemaker. By the end, when the curtains close, you see how wine is more than grapes or terroir, and Chevonne is more than a guide and a somm. She’s the critical component, the linchpin. She’s behind the scenes and center stage all at once to make sure you experience wine, culture, and place.

Chevonne is the reason to go. So go. And enjoy some wine along the way.
